How to file a compliant or a warranty claim at the Varovsky Jewelry store?
You can file a complaint or send us a warranty claim by completing the complaint form on the Varovsky web store. Please use the complaint form if:

  • you have a warranty issue with a product
  • you do not receive your order
  • you do not receive the ordered product
  • you have other issues with the product or service

What happens in case of a warranty defect? Will be replaced or repaired?
In all cases, if the claim is justified, we will repair or replace our products depending on the extent and nature of the defect.

How long does it take to rectify the error or replace the defective product?
If we replace the product and it is in stock, we will immediately send the replacement product. If it is not available, you will have to wait until it arrives. We have 30 days for this. If the product does not arrive within that time or is unavailable for other reasons, we will refund the purchase price or replace it with another product as per the customer's request.

If we repair the product, we will do so as quickly as possible (depending on the service), with a maximum of 30 days for the repair to be completed within one day.
